That is a Sails job: ordinary bash on cron or at. The script does not have to wake a model. A goal does. The secret is injected at the network boundary. A published \*.api.sh handler is the same. Use a goal or a platform webhook only when the event needs judgment. If you are about to give cron, secrets, webhooks, or saved tools to another product, stop. The map is here. OAuth tokens are encrypted in platform storage. They never enter the model context and they never hit the filesystem.
